For this technical illustration, I started by taking photos of someone doing a barbell squat. After tweaking the images in Photoshop for clarity, I moved to Illustrator to complete the technical drawings. These drawings highlighted the right form and muscle movements. Then, I pieced everything together in a neat and orderly tutorial layout, making sure it was easy to follow. The final design included a cool color scheme and bold font. After a few adjustments from feedback I had received, I was able to create a clear and visually appealing squat tutorial from start to finish.
