As part of my collaboration with Hotel Tampa on the Riverwalk, I was tasked with reimagining one of the hotel’s most frequently used tools: the guest fact sheet. This sheet is provided to every guest upon check-in, serving as a quick reference guide for essential information like Wi-Fi details, check-in and check-out times, restaurant hours, and other key amenities. While the content is crucial, the previous design lacked the sophistication and clarity that could enhance the overall guest experience.
My goal was to create a design that not only conveyed information efficiently but also reflected the hotel’s upscale and welcoming atmosphere. I carefully selected typography, layout, and visual elements that improved readability while aligning with the hotel's branding and ambiance. The redesign introduced a sleek, modern aesthetic with clear sections that guide the reader through important details effortlessly.
The result was a refined and visually appealing fact sheet that now serves as a seamless blend of functionality and design, ensuring guests feel informed and welcomed from the moment they arrive. This project highlights my ability to combine practical information with thoughtful design, elevating even the simplest of touch points into memorable experiences.
